Steve, Liam and Merlin did an outstanding job with our move on Saturday. It was a tricky one, with plenty of stairs at both locations. They were professional, friendly and took great care with all our furniture and possessions. The booking process was a breeze too - Michael was very accommodating and helpful on the phone. We were so stressed with our same day settlement situation, but the Home Move Team were professional and reassuring from the start. The heroes of the day were professional, hardworking, thorough and fast. They kept asking questions to ensure they knew what needed to be done and that we were happy, rather than just rushing the job. We were so pleased with the time it took and the ease of it all - it was truly the least stressful move we have ever done.
Moving house just days before Christmas seemed like an impossible task, but Homemove made it possible with their reasonable rates for a truck and two guys. Communication was great, with a follow up confirmation the day before the move. Brett and Irish arrived on time and had everything loaded up in no time. They were professional yet personable, and the move from a single to a double storey house went without a hitch.
